samba-mate.com and shop.samba-mate.com are run by SAMBA Mate V.O.F., Van der Woudestraat 28, 1815 VW Alkmaar, the Netherlands. KvK 99055252, VAT NL868770772B01, info@samba-mate.com.

SAMBA Hard Maté contains alcohol (4.6% vol). This website and the shop are for people aged 18 or older. By entering the site and by placing an order you confirm that you, and the person receiving the order, are 18 or older. We check ID at pickup, and PostNL checks ID at the door. No valid ID, no handover. Drink responsibly.

Orders are placed through our shop at shop.samba-mate.com. The shop terms apply to every order: Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Legal Notice. In short: prices include VAT, a can deposit of €1.80 per tray is added and refunded when you return the cans, and you can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it.

You may browse the site and share its pages. The texts, photos, logos and design are owned by SAMBA Mate V.O.F. or used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without asking us first.

Photos on our launch party page may be downloaded and shared for personal use, including on social media. Please do not sell them or use them in advertising without our permission.

Do not try to break, overload or scrape the site, and do not use it for anything illegal.

We keep the site accurate and online as well as we can, but we cannot promise it is always available or free of errors. We are not liable for damage that results from using the site, except where Dutch law does not allow us to exclude it. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.

Dutch law applies. If we have a disagreement, mail us first and we will try to sort it out. Consumers in the EU can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
